Touring the AI Employee Tools

Touring the AI Employee Tools

⏱️ 5-7 min

Find every AI tool in your account and know which ones talk to customers and which ones help you.

The map

Three places AI lives

AI Employee is the name for a bundle of tools, not one button. Click a tab to see where each group lives.

AI that talks to your customers

Click Search at the top of your screen and type Conversation AI, then open it. You can also find it in your menu, but menus can be renamed, so search is the sure way. Search for the other tools below by name too.

  • Conversation AI is your text bot
  • Voice AI is your phone agent
  • Agent Studio is a flow-based builder
  • Knowledge Base stores facts your AI may use
  • Agent Logs records what the AI did

AI that helps you

Ask AI is a chat helper. Search for Ask AI to open it, or click its small icon in the top bar, so it is one click away from any page.

  • Type or speak what you want
  • Search for AI Studio to start an AI project from a prompt or template

AI inside other screens

Some tools have no page of their own. They show up right where the work happens.

  • Search for Reputation, then the Settings tab, then the Reviews AI tab
  • Search for Email Builder, open a template, then Content AI
  • Search for Workflows, open a workflow, then the AI icon bottom-left

⚑ Tips

  • Menu names can differ by account or plan, so search for each tool by name.
  • If a tool is missing, it may not be turned on for your account. Your agency controls that part.
  • Remember Agent Logs and Knowledge Base. You will use them more than any other AI agent tool.
  • You cannot break anything by looking, so click around freely.

πŸ—ΊοΈ Map my AI tools

You are an AI setup guide helping me find and organize the AI tools in my software. My context: - [the AI tools I found by searching] - [the AI tools I could not find] - [what my business does] Give me: - A simple checklist of the tools I should look for - A one-line description of what each one does - A list of what to ask my agency about the ones I cannot see Use plain words and keep it under 200 words. Finish by asking me: "Which tool do you want to learn about first?"

πŸ“ Write my tour notes

You are a note-taking coach helping me turn my tour of the AI tools into a one-page cheat sheet. My context: - [tools I opened from Search] - [tools I found inside other screens] - [the tool I want to try first] Give me: - A cheat sheet that groups tools by where they live - A short note on which tools talk to customers and which help me - A three-step plan for my first week Use short bullets. Do not invent tool names I did not give you. Finish by asking me: "What did I leave off my list?"

You now have the map. Spend five minutes searching for each tool in your own account, then come back ready to learn how AI plans and limits work.
